A New Coffee Shop Now Open in Downtown Hampton

Hampton residents and visitors have a new treat to experience, with the recent opening of Guilty Pleasure Coffee Shop, located at 52E Old Hampton Lane. Hampton's Mayor Donnie Tuck cut the ribbon to officially open the doors of this distinctive locally-owned coffee shop, which plans to offer a selection of breakfast and lunch treats in addition to its coffee bar with a wide variety of specialty coffees. Guilty pleasure also serves milkshakes, juices, smoothies and more unique menu items to satisfy the palate.

Open six days a week, from Monday through Saturday, Guilty Pleasure hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The new eatery offers options for dine-in and take-out service, with curbside pickup available, but cannot accommodate delivery orders.

As one of the newest businesses in Downtown Hampton, Guilty Pleasure Coffee Shop has already garnered rave reviews for its coffee, its blueberry and lemon muffins and the vanilla frappe that they serve. The shop joins other downtown Hampton businesses that offer a distinctive shopping, dining and entertainment experience to locals and visitors alike. With the history of the area, and a variety of attractions to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, including outdoor music on occasion, the downtown area has enjoyed a resurgence of interest that is expected to continue and expand.

The owners of Guilty Pleasure invite you to stop in -- have a leisurely coffee while you plan your shopping day, or grab a smoothie to go on your way to the office or as you explore the tree-lined streets of this delightful neighborhood. Order a sandwich to go as you run errands on your lunch hour, or stop in for a late lunch after a busy day of sightseeing. Whether you're a lifelong resident of Hampton, or are simply visiting Hampton, you'll be welcomed with a friendly smile and attentive service.

And we'll be waiting for your return!
